About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to own end-to-end recruitment for SaaS, AI / ML, and engineering roles. You’ll source, engage, and hire top talent while partnering with hiring managers to drive high-impact hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Source candidates via , portals, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized roles.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (SaaS, AI / ML, or engineering).
