We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to take care of the Talent Acquisition operations for our company.
Experience : 4 - 8 Yrs yrs into recruitment
Position type : Full Time
Location : Work From Office, Bhopal
Work Days : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
Work Timings : Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST
Job Role and Requirements :
We are hiring recruiters who will be aligned and assigned to work with specific teams in the company, these teams operate in permanent night shifts. There are two teams and you may be aligned to work with any one of them which is an interview coordination team dealing in presales for projects, and project coordination team which is dealing in project management tasks for all ongoing projects.
These teams work extensively with part-time candidates across the nation on daily basis.
We are looking for recruiters to work with these teams to fulfill their hiring needs. You will be required to do end to end recruitment for hiring part-time resources and for US full-time employees.
1. Understand the requirement from the stakeholder
2. Make the JD, post the JD on various portals, sourcing, interviewing
3. Follow up for the all the rounds including technical rounds for the candidates
4. Offering the shortlisted candidates
5. Working in sync with the respective team till the candidate starts working with us
6. Bridging the gap between the team and the candidate.
7. Maintaining database and feedback for the candidates and communicating the same to them
8. Build future pipeline for additional candidates
