Responsibilities
• End to End Recruitment for India for across the industries.
• Sourcing resumes from various job portals, browsing/screening selecting the candidates, scheduling up the interviews, taking feedbacks from the clients. Understanding the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Coordinate with the client and candidates during the event.
• Identifying prospective candidates for the client companies using effective Research-strategies such as References, social networking sites, internet, Headhunting, Job Portals, Advertisements ( Used Portals such as Naukri.com, Naukrigulf.com, Monster.com, Monstergulf.com, Shine.com, Timejobs.com, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Scrutinizing the Resumes as per the job requirement.
• Prescreening & Tele screening candidates for the open positions ensuring a right match for the client.
• Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
Qualifications
Min 3 Years' Experience into NON-IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment
