Roles and Responsibilities
• We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Source potential candidates from various Jobsites/ online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with clients
Qualifications Required:
• 6 months-1year of relevant professional experience in Recruitment
• Graduation OR above –B.A/B.Com/BE/Btech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• Excellent English communication skills
