1. Develop Recruitment goals as per client needs
2. Source relevant candidates for Clients
3. Communicate with Manager's/TL's
4. Analyse Job Description
5. MIS Generation
Exp - 6 Months to 1 Year in core IT Recruitment
CTC - Hike on last Drawn
Location - Kanpur (currently WFH)
