At Morph Enterprise LLC, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join us. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in US staffing as a Technical Recruiter and strong experience working on IT requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle process, including sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for technical roles to our clients. We expect them to network online with potential candidates to reduce time-to-hire and attract the best professionals.
In this role, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly. To achieve this, you will be accountable for your daily and monthly targets and responsible for your own accountabilities and responsibilities.
We are currently hiring young talent to support our business growth. The top three skills required for this position include:
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Quick learner with the ability to gain new skills fast
