Role Overview:
You will lead background technical research, assist in writing technical sections of DPRs, perform market studies, and support the firm’s technical advisory engagements in EMS setup, OSAT, component manufacturing, substrate technology, chiplets, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical research across semiconductor, ATMP, EMS, substrate/interposer, and chiplet domains.
• Prepare technical sections of DPRs: manufacturing processes, BOM breakdowns, capacity planning.
• Develop benchmarking reports (global best practices for fabs, OSATs, EMS units, component suppliers).
• Assist technical consultants in developing reference architectures, manufacturing flowcharts, and process layouts.
• Research government policy impacts, industry news, IP developments, and new technology trends.
• Engage with suppliers (equipment vendors, material suppliers) for preliminary cost estimates and tech specifications.
• Support in preparing client deliverables, tech insights, and whitepapers.
Required Skills:
• 0–3 years of experience in electronics, semiconductors, packaging, or EMS sectors.
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication, ATMP processes, PCB/IC substrate manufacturing preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills, good documentation habits.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and secondary research tools.
• Degree: B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Materials Science) or M.Tech (preferred for fresher).
Soft Skills:
• Fast learner; should quickly grasp technical topics.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into client-facing documents.
• Collaborative, high work ownership.
Proposed Annual Compensation:
• ₹8–12 LPA (Fixed) + ~10% performance bonus
