ETA is seeking a driven and technically adept Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role empowers you to provide technical solutions to customers, identify and pursue promising sales opportunities, and collaborate with our sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Engineer at ETA, you will be the technical expert driving sales of our solutions. You will build strong client relationships, provide technical advice, and support the sales process from initial contact through post-sales service, ensuring customers understand and maximize the value of our innovative solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions
Develop and deliver technical presentations for clients.
Prepare and submit technical proposals and quotations to prospects
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to prepare concepts and cost estimations.
Foster strong relationships with existing customers and actively cultivate new prospects.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements during client interactions and projects.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend product improvements.
Travel extensively within India and abroad for strategic business development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with at least 1 year of technical sales experience in machine tools industry. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience need not apply
Prior exposure to SPM Industry is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
