2. Achieving sales targets
3. Customer visit. Identifying the sales potential and follow up of Sales Process
4. Ensuring service and application support to customer
5. Collection of receivables and statutory forms
6. Managing and developing relationships with customers
7. Forecasting and reporting of Expecting orders
8. Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
+. Updating Customer details in the system
10. Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department
11. Getting customer feedback, involve in customer satisfaction survey to enhance customer satisfaction
DIMENSIONS:
Direct Reportees: Nil
Reporting to: Branch Head Sales and Marketing
EDUCATION: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering from a reputed institute EXPERIENCE: Graduate Engineer with minimum 60% marks in academics. 2 years experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Communication Presentation
