RoleandResponsibilities:
Weare currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growthfor BBL through an excellent dealer network and key accounts, whileensuring customer satisfaction. The main dutiesinclude:
• Formulating a salesstrategy with key accounts, OEM's, and channel partners incollaboration with the Regional Head - Sales &Marketing.
• Conducting client-specific researchand interaction to develop an understanding of client needs andcreating a pursuit plan for targetcustomers.
• Monitoring and reviewing theachievement of sales plans on a monthly basis and making necessaryrevisions.
• Developing customized integratedservice offerings for dealers.
• Assisting in thepreparation of quotations and technical specifications for ordersinvolving key account details.
• Providingtraining to dealers on negotiation with key accountclients.
• Facilitating interactions betweenbusiness unit heads to ensure an appropriate response to customerqueries and needs.
• Ensuring timely collectionsand recoveries from clients as per contractspecifications.
• Keeping abreast with industrydevelopments, including emerging trends, competitor information,market share, and project executioncapabilities.
• Identifying new regions andpotential clients to drive businessgrowth.
CandidateQualifications:
Theideal candidate for this position should possess the followingqualifications:
• Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field. Master's degree ispreferred.
• At least 3 years of experience intechnical sales, preferably in the motorsindustry.
• Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving businessgrowth.
• Strong negotiation and communicationskills.
• Ability to build and maintainrelationships with key accounts and channelpartners.
