Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in hydraulic tools and systems. This is a purely technical role (no sales target responsibility) focused on customer support, installation, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, understanding technical requirements, and ensuring smooth functioning of hydraulic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation, inspection, and servicing of hydraulic tools and systems
Provide complete product demonstrations, commissioning, and end-to-end technical support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by clients
Coordinate with customers for proper usage and maintenance of equipment
Handle technical discussions and provide suitable solutions based on application needs
Ensure proper functioning of tools like hydraulic cylinders, jacks, pumps, pullers, etc.
Support clients from initial setup to final operation and troubleshooting
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic tools and systems
Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good communication skills for client interaction
Willingness to travel for customer visits
Preferred Skills:
Problem-solving mindset
Practical field experience in hydraulic equipment
Ability to handle client-facing technical situations confidently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
