Full Job Description
Sales in Polyurethane (PU), Polymer or Chemical Industry.
To acquire new clients in the specified region / market
To Planning & achieving sales targets
To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products’ pitch according to their specifications.
Primarily responsible for the continued growth of sales and account operating profitability within the assigned personal territory, as well as an assigned area containing the territories of other personnel.
Empanel Product line with major manufacturing companies and generate sales in the given territory will be of major focus.
Fulfilment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition.
Understand technical aspect of the client’s requirement and provide a product mix/ solution.
Conduct product trial with clients.
Give business presentations to senior management team.
To map potential sectors.
To achieve target plan.
Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets.
Good in follow –ups.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluent written and spoken in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Background in Polymer Industry (i.e., Polyurethane, Plastics & Rubber) / Chemical Industry would be an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
Possess strong listening skills, creative thinking and time management skills, Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal abilities.
Strong experience in MS Office Suite. Experience in Power BI and Databases would be an advantage.
Self-drive and accountability are key attributes.
Area to Handle: Gujarat Region.
Base Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
