We are looking for candidates for Technical Sales Executive with minimum 0 years of experience. Candidates who have prior experience in jobs can apply. The Telecalling - Voice Process job requires Customer Service Management, Outbound Process, International Voice Process, International Bpo, Inbound Voice Process in skills.EXPERIENCE:- Minimum 6 months experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.

Excellent communication skills.

JOB PROFILE:-
• Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
• Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
• Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
