We are looking out for Technical Sales Engineer for our client in Goregaon,Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
The role encompasses:
• Market research through web or market field visit for probable customers & enquiries
• Getting NDA, Vendor Registration Documents, RFQs for probable enquiries
• Providing Vendor Registration docs & quotes to received RFQs, in consultation with Reporting Manager.
• Stay in touch with RFQ customers to get PO for quoted parts
• Providing samples for probable enquiries follow-up to get FTR of submitted samples (RFQ customers or Project base customers)
• Sample execution plan for part dimension & stamp details, Lead time, Packing details, Identification labels, transit arrangement
• Weekly status review of submitted Quotation & Samples
• Getting approval documents from customer for submitted samples
• Forecast planning on Qtr basis. for probable & new converted customers/parts
• RM planning for non-standard forecasted parts
• Ensure continues order from probable & new converted customers/parts
• Meeting new & existing customer with stipulated time interval plan having planned agenda & courtesy meets
• Follow up with customers in case of delays in payments / weekly review.
• Brand marketing - Exhibition work
• Ensure support to all colleagues as and when necessary.
• Ensure generation, accuracy, maintenance and submission of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 2-3 years in Technical Sales and Business Development.
Skills:
• Autocad and Solidworks(Desirable)
• Hands on experience in MS Office and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to connect and build rapport
