Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical sales executive to join our growing sales team. To ensure success as a technical sales executive, you should have strong knowledge of cybersecurity, and software, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Ultimately, drive business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product and service choices.

Technical Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential new customers through various inbound and outbound channels.
• Connecting with customers to discuss the products and services over email and phone.
• Retaining and renewing customers by maintaining regular contacts.
• Generate leads through digital marketing and customer connects.
• Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our product and services.
• Composing RFP documents, customer proposals, Purchase orders, and invoices.
• Develop sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users.
• Gather customer requirements and communicate with the engineering team to implement the requested solution.

Technical Sales Executive Requirements:
• Previous experience as a sales executive.
• Strong technical skills related to IT, security, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems, applications, and Office Software.
• Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and customer success.
• Well-versed with lead generation and sales channel marketing.
• Success in managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
• A strong executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
• Experience with forecasting and business reporting.
