We’re seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth through sales by onboarding and managing relationships with Australian commercial mortgage brokers.
We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds in private credit, non-bank lending, commercial banking, or related financial services.

Responsibilities
Identify prospective business partners and drive broker and lender acquisition through outreach, product demos and follow-ups.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of competitors offerings and market conditions.
Onboard and accredit brokers onto the ThinkPrivate platform, ensuring a smooth setup experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and private lenders to support ongoing engagement.
Facilitate private credit scenarios, helping structure deals and coordinating information between brokers and lenders to optimise customer outcomes.
Provide platform training and technical support to ensure users can confidently submit and manage scenarios.
Communicate lender appetite and product options to brokers to guide scenario placement.
Capture and relay user feedback to improve platform features and user experience.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any problems that arise.
Manage sales pipeline and CRM activity, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams on growth initiatives, product improvements, and market development.
