Job Description:- The position is for a Technical Sales Support Engineer with the primary responsibility of
supporting the field sales team as well as the customers with technical as well as
commercial proposals.
The products offered by Nivo Controls are instrumentation products requiring technical ...
aptitude and ability to understand the customer's applications.
The position entails regular interaction with the customers and an ability to
communicate well is important.
The main responsibilities will include:
Understanding the customer's application and selecting a product to suit the
same.
Techno commercial offer preparation in line with customer requirements.
Studying Government RFQ's (Tenders) and preparing proposals in line with the
requirements.
Preparing and submitting Technical documentation including drawings and
datasheets against project requirements.
Generating enquiries over phone.
Maintaining information in the CRM
Supporting Inspections at the factory against customer orders.
Registering the company as a vendor with prospective customers.
Occasionally negotiating orders directly with the customer.
Desired Skills and Experience Skills
Technically sound fundamentals
Good Communication Skills
Experience in Technical marketing or sales would be an advantage
Computer Proficiency
High moral and ethical values
Qualification: BE in Instrumentation, Electronics, E&TC
