Role Overview
This is a customer-focused role that ensures a fantastic user experience for our staff when interacting with our technology hardware and applications.
The EUC & Digital Workplace Specialist will be the face of Digital Services at our sites, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including the executive leadership team.
Main Responsibilities
Provide a simplified customer-centric experience at the onsite Tech Bar for staff with 1st and 2nd level technology issues.
Deliver endpoint management enhancements and ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
Provide AV concierge support for onsite meeting rooms, digital signage and video conferencing.
Escalate to partners and manage resolution of AV incidents.
Continuously drive service improvement for EUC & Digital Workplace.
Assist in asset management of hardware, ensuring adequate stock controls are in place.
Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes, improving employee engagement and ensuring compliance for security and DLP.
Key Experiences & Skills
Knowledge and experience in understanding End User Compute solutions to maintain high standards, enhance security & risk posture.
Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365 and Mobility.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve and continuously learn new technologies.
