Technical Services Manager – Facilities Asset Management & RCx

Are you a technical professional with a background in facilities or mechanical systems looking to take the lead on facility condition assessments, asset management, and retro commissioning projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist firm who are in a great period of growth. Due to this they now require a Technical Services Manager to join the team.
In this role you will provide technical leadership across retro-commissioning (RCx), facility condition assessments and CMMS implementation, helping clients proactively manage assets, improve system performance, and plan capital investments.
This role is ideal for someone with mechanical or facilities experience looking to step into a senior technical leadership role with more responsibility and recognition.
The Role:
• Act as a senior technical advisor to facilities, finance and executive leadership
• Oversee and mentor junior staff
• Integrate FCA and RCx data into CMMS and asset management platforms
The Candidate:
• Mechanical or facilities engineering background
• Comfortable with hybrid work and regional travel
• Looking for training, career growth, and leadership responsibility
