Job Description
Technical Specialist – EMS/NMS:
• B.E/B.Tech with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• OEM certification
• Will have 6 erience in handling NMS and EMS products
• Would be reporting to the Project Manager
• Will handle the change management on the NMS and EMS products
• Will be updating and upgrading the NMS and EMS products
• Monitoring and reporting of relevant and agreed information based on NMS and EMS tools
• Will provide SLA reports from NMS and EMS tools
• Will interact with OEMs for incidents related to NMS and EMS for resolution
• Will alert appropriate member of O&M team based on the logs and alerts in NMS and EMS tools
• Will provide necessary resource utilization details for capacity planning
