The Role

Join PRACC as a part-time Technical Supervisor and become an essential member of our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you'll assist in managing audio, lighting, and staging equipment, ensuring the seamless execution of our events. With job security and the flexibility to take on additional hours if desired, this position offers a perfect balance for those seeking stability and growth. Whether your expertise lies in audio, lighting, or staging, we welcome strong skills in one area and are committed to training and upskilling you across all disciplines, including obtaining high-risk work certifications. With the recent addition of Riedel Bolero, Allen & Heath dLive, and GrandMA products, and a vision for further upgrades, it's an exciting time to be part of our technical team.

About You

You're passionate about stagecraft, with a degree or relevant experience in Stage Production. You have strong skills in at least one area of technical operations—be it sound, lighting, or video—and you're eager to expand your expertise across all. You excel at mentoring teams, prioritising safety and innovation, and have strong communication skills that allow you to connect effectively with all stakeholders.
