Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to loan products and services.
Provide accurate and clear information about various loan schemes, eligibility, and application processes.
Process loan applications efficiently and ensure timely follow-up for approval and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and loan transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance or related field preferred).
1–2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Loan Officer, or in a similar customer service or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and data entry tools.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
