ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and troubleshoot Adobe software problems and help customers install applications and programs.Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access- Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applicationsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and exposure to voice support and remote supportUse email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system andtake ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers.
