Scentiment (www.scentiment.com) is a fast-growing smart-scenting company looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused support agent to help users get the most out of their Scentiment diffusers and app-connected devices.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support for diffusers, oils, and app connectivity (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, setup, firmware, etc.).
Assist customers through email, phone, SMS, and VoIP (RingCentral).
Troubleshoot setup, misting issues, and general product questions.
Handle customer service needs: orders, returns, accounts.
Document tickets accurately in Gorgias.
Escalate recurring issues and follow SOPs/SLA goals.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years customer service experience (1 year tech support preferred).
Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
