Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Job Type: Contract (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Chelmsford
Day Rate: £120-140/day
1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Role & Responsibilities
• Ensure all laptops/desktops are all working with M365
• Make sure passwords are working and synced up to devices
• Answer, evaluate, log and prioritise incoming ticket requests from customers related to a range of IT products & custom software applications
• Troubleshooting desktop and/or network-related problems
• Analyse and recommend solutions to problems
• Diagnose and solve1st/2nd Line problems quickly
1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Required Experience
• 5+ years' experience in IT Support (1st/2nd line level)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with various technical groups to provide analysis and support
• Office 365
• Cisco, VPN's
• Outlook
• Good telephone manner, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and cross apply knowledge.
