About the Job (Technical Support Role):
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries via chat, email, or phone
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Writing and solving MySQL queries to investigate and fix data-level problems
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Documenting solutions and maintaining technical records
Skill(s) Required:
Strong knowledge of:
MySQL (query writing, joins, debugging)
Operating Systems (Linux)
Troubleshooting and technical analysis
Communication (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of Java

Experience Level: Fresher – 6 Months
