Job Description: The ideal candidate should have between 2-4 yrs. of experience in network security or related discipline.
Hands on experience in firewalls like Sonicwall/Cyberroam/Fortinet/Mcafee etc..
✓ Designing/installation/implementation and managing capabilities of Firewall
✓ Installations of firewall & AV of any OEM ✓ UTM implementation is mandatory
✓ knowledge on Email & Web security( Ironport/websense & Barracudda)
✓ Installation of AV ( Symc/Mcfee/Trend/Kaspersky)
✓ Knowledge on DLP ( Mcafee/ Symc/ Websense)
✓ Should be able to present it to the client on DLP and policies & Frame work
✓ Certifications on any of the OEM is an added advantage
✓ Knowledge on AD is must
✓ OEM coordination is required to raise the tickets
✓ On-time delivery of projects as per the timeline mentioned
✓ Should be good at IP routing, VPN’s, Subnetting, User restrictions, switching, TCP/IP, IDS, WAF, SIEM, and Log Retention knowledge required.
✓ Responsible for understanding customer needs and designing the solutions.
✓ Required ability to adjust in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment, prioritize efforts, manage customer expectations, and possess professional negotiation skills. ✓ Experience with industry regulations and security frameworks.
✓ Very good problem solving, analytical skills, and maintain a sense of ownership
✓ Very good verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone and customer service skills
✓ Works independently with minimal supervision; self-starter and highly motivated.
✓ Ability to work effectively across functional teams;
✓ Ability to demonstrate customer empathy and manage customer satisfaction issues and attend customers' needs while maintaining company position

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
