Candidate should Identify hardware and software solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Evaluation and prioritization of customer support cases.
Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers.
Candidate should communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings.
Candidate should work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting.
Preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports.
Requirement:
Candidate should have work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Candidate should be from Audio Visual Industry.
Candidate should have good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Candidate should have the Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Candidate should have Pleasing, Presentable Fluency in local language and English.
