Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional customer support for our clients. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and inquiries related to technical issues, diagnosing problems, and ensuring prompt resolution. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in delivering top-notch technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding technical issues.
Actively listen to customer concerns and patiently gather relevant information to diagnose issues accurately.
Collect information from customers and share it with the Account Manager for further action.
Perform manual testing of client websites during working hours to identify and report any issues.
Test simplia communication features and report any identified issues to developers.
Track and follow up on service requests, ensuring that they are closed within the requisite time-frame.
Be time-conscious and flexible enough to work in rotational shifts as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and insights to ensure consistent and effective support.
Provide feedback to supervisors and actively contribute to the development of support processes and procedures.
Skills:
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and possess general technical knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, operating systems, and web browsers.
