Job Summary:As a technical support/helpdesk employee, you’ll be responsible to provide support to the customers via remote access. KDK has customer base which is present PAN India. All these customers while using the Softwares faces issues for which they raise ticket. As an Tech Support executive, you are required to take the systems of the customer on remote and help them to resolve their query. Tasks can include installing softwares, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.Job Responsibilities:
1. To provide support to customer via remote Access
2. To take extra step to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction
3. To deliver on value and SLA as per the process.
4. To provide all resolutions related to technical assistance to the customers
5. Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within
6. B.Tech with IT Background will be preferred
