Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and software testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong manual testing abilities, and a positive, customer-first attitude. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality technical support to users and clients.
Perform thorough manual testing of web platforms and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and promptly.
Test and validate websites, especially WordPress-based platforms.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to report bugs and ensure resolutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
Required Qualifications:BE (Comp Science or equivalent).
4 years of relevant technical support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong manual testing experience.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
Hands-on experience with WordPress or website testing.
Familiarity with bug tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Soft Skills:Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Team player with good behavioral skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
