Troubleshooting technical issues related to CRM Software deployments
Speaking to clients to quickly get to the root of their problem and provide technical support
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Supporting the roll-out of new applications
Work collaboratively with team to enable growth and improve workflow
Testing and evaluating new technologies
Prior experience in technical cloud support, desktop support, or a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
