Job Description
• To work with customers via email, conference calls to understand and troubleshoot the issue.
• Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Attend work on a staggered shift basis as per business requirement.
• Maintain complete and current support history of customer cases.
• Collaborate with peers and technical associates on problem resolution.
• Interface with the software development team to help them understand the issue.
• Work as a bridge between development team and customer until the issue is resolved.
• Maintain skill set and should possess an understanding of all the versions of the software.
Skills Required:
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
• Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and prioritization skills.
• Experience in working with customers from varied geographical locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
