The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
What you responsible for:
• Reproduce customer environment and run tests
• Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
• Liaise between Sales Team, Internal Development Team, and Customers to properly address customer problems
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
What we require:
• 2+ years' of technical support experience
• Customer service oriented
• BE/BTECH in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering
• Excellent Verbal and Writing communication skills in English & Hindi is a must requirement.
• 1-3 years of experience in configuration, troubleshooting in sensors & PLC
• Hands-On Experience in reading and wiring according to Electrical wiring diagram
• Hands-On Experience in configuring and troubleshooting managed switches, router and firewall in the network.
• Hands-On Experience of connecting sensors to Analog /Digital Inputs of PLC or the dataloggers of the major OEMS like Siemens Schneider, ABB, SEL etc., Phoenix Contact / Wago will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Communication Protocol i.e. Modbus is a must
• Knowledge on different type of communication Ethernet, Fiber optic, Serial RS232/RS485 etc.
• Open to Travel around the world for On-Site Commissioning's if needed.
• Open for relocation to Jaipur.
• Candidate shall be a good team player, resilient and sincere
