Job Description
• Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support to Mithi products, diagnose system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Automation and Process Improvement : Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system management, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Incident and Ticket Triage : Monitor incoming support tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Ticket Documentation and Knowledge Base : Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and IT, to support business needs.
• Onboarding Support : Provide guidance and mentorship to new associates.
• Customer Interaction and Communication : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide solutions.
• Data Protection and Assurance : Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and information security practices. Ensure customer data is handled securely and in compliance with regulations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence : Maintain security best practices and adhere to industry compliance & Skill(s) required :
• Trained Fresher-1 year of experience in Linux operating systems, server virtualization technologies
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field. (A masters degree would be preferred).
• Knowledge of automation tools and Strong scripting skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience in managing databases like MySQL, etc.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented Preferred Skill(s) :
• Certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or LPIC.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
