1. Technical support
Tech support/consultant profile ( tech support role)Taking remote Access, Troubleshooting.Installing the application to the system.Hands on exp of any cloud computing platform and Hardware
KRA's includes- cloud tech support ( internal + external stakeholders) product demonstration
Should have good knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure/ Adobe.
Min 0-3 years of relevant exp or fresher computer background can also apply
Graduation mandatoryExcellent communication skills

Wfo candidate should be comfortable with.
Both Side Cab.
No. of rounds - 2 (HR & Ops)
Salary - 35,000 ctc - 2+k in hand
