Back office coordination
Log interaction on CRM tool
Working Knowledge of Helpdesk tool like Zoho/Freshdesk is a must
Good communication Skills
Followup calls for customer feedback
Fluent in speaking Hindi, English and Gujarati
Technical knowledge of automation a must
