Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about ERP and services and obtain details of complaints.
• Understand Customer's Complaints related to ERP and can translate it to IT team Properly.
• Maintaining and monitoring ERP project plans, project schedules & work hours.
• Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use.
• Manage the configuration and operation of on-premise ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Candidate Requirement :
• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or information technology or related field (Such as BE, Btech, Mtech, ME, BCA, MCA, BSc. IT, MSc.IT )
• Excellent communication skills
• Prompt Responsive, Responsible, and Friendly approach to customer situations
