Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the customer service progress.
• Resolving customer complaints queries.
• Ensuring to respond to client in timely & professional manner.
• Taking the ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
