Ø To escalate the queries of the customer via call & Email.
Ø Resolve the customer issue for international customers related to technical.
Ø To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Ø Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
Ø Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Ø Qualification: Any Graduate
Ø Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) - MI
Ø Basic Computer Knowledge & Technical knowledge
Ø Flexible (24/7) environment = + hours – Night, Noon, Day – Business req.
Ø 5 days Working
Ø Relocate to Jaipur - WFO
