Responsibilities and Duties
Good at Customer Interaction and Listening Skills, willing to take initiative to resolve issues.
Flexible with rotational shifts (US/UK Shift timings)
High energy and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexible with work in any shift
