Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issues reported, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions provided.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest product developments, features, and updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary
• Assist customers in understanding and effectively using the company's products or services.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the development and product teams for continuous improvement.
