If you enjoy solving problems over apps or websites and want to learn more about how tech products work, this role is for you. You will be assisting in the smooth operation of our platforms and support our growing community of users. Roles and Responsibilities: Interact with the community to understand and fix technical problems Help users by resolving app-related or website-related issues Assist the tech team to test and track new features Share feedback from users to help improve the app or website Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the platform Qualifications: Education: Should be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.
