We’re Hiring: Technical Support Manager – Service & Operations (Digital Signage, Active LED & Video Conferencing Solutions) Company: Rivotta India Private Limited - Delhi Location (Vasant Vihar) Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi (PAN India Responsibility) Open Positions: 4 Experience: 5 + Years Industry: Digital Signage / Audio Visual / Active LED / Collaboration Solutions Role OverviewRivotta India is looking for highly capable, execution-driven Service Leaders for the role of General Manager – Service & Operations , with strong expertise in Digital Signage, Active LED (Indoor & Outdoor), and End-to-End Video Conferencing Solutions . This is a leadership role with hands-on accountability , responsible for managing PAN India service operations , including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, CMS management, VC deployments, and AMC revenue generation . The ideal candidate must have deep experience in large-scale AV deployments, signage networks, and enterprise-grade collaboration environments . Primary Responsibilities1. PAN India Service Operations LeadershipLead and manage complete service operations across India Oversee installation, commissioning, and support for: Digital Signage Networks Commercial Display Panels & Video Walls Active LED Video Walls (Indoor & Outdoor) Video Conferencing & Collaboration Systems Ensure high uptime, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction 2. Digital Signage & CMS ManagementManage and optimize: CMS platforms Media players Content scheduling & remote monitoring Handle multi-location signage deployments Ensure seamless content delivery and system performance 3. Active LED (Indoor & Outdoor) – Execution ExcellenceLead complete lifecycle of LED projects: Installation, calibration, servicing Expertise in: Front & rear service LED IP65 outdoor LED systems Pixel pitch, resolution, and cabinet configuration Ensure high-quality execution for large-format displays 4. Video Conferencing & Collaboration Solutions (Critical Requirement)End-to-end expertise in design, setup, and support of VC environments , including: Huddle Rooms Conference Rooms Boardrooms Seminar Halls Auditoriums Briefing Rooms Hands-on experience with leading platforms and OEM ecosystems: Cisco Webex Cisco Systems VC solutions Poly (Polycom) systems Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) MTS / integrated VC solutions Strong knowledge of: PTZ cameras, microphones, DSPs, codecs AV switching & control systems Acoustic design basics and room optimization 5. Installation, Demo & CommissioningLead and supervise: AV system installations VC setups LED & signage deployments Deliver high-quality demos and ensure professional client handover 6. AMC & Service Revenue GrowthDrive conversion of clients into: AMC / CAMC contracts Managed signage & VC services Build recurring revenue streams across: LED Signage VC infrastructure 7. Complaint Management & Technical ResolutionEnsure quick resolution of issues related to: LED walls Signage systems VC systems Diagnose problems: On-site Telephonically / remotely Maintain strict SLA compliance and uptime 8. Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage and mentor: AV Engineers LED Specialists VC Engineers Field Service Teams Monitor performance, reporting, and discipline Build a multi-skilled, high-performance team 9. OEM & Technology Partner ManagementManage relationships with: LED OEMs Display panel manufacturers VC solution providers CMS vendors Handle escalations, certifications, and training 10. Inventory & Spare ManagementEnsure availability of: LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards VC equipment spares Display panel components Maintain optimal inventory levels 11. Integration & System StabilityEnsure seamless integration of: AV + VC + Network infrastructure Signage + CMS + remote systems Maintain reliable and scalable deployments 12. MIS, Reporting & Process ControlTrack: Complaint lifecycle Installations & commissioning AMC renewals Ensure structured reporting and SOP adherence 13.
