Our award-winning Customer Experience Team
An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning customer experience team, as a Technical Support Representative. This role can be based in our Napier or Christchurch office and will see you lead experience moments, responding to our customers over the phone, on webchat, via email and social media messaging.
You will be helping our customers with their broadband and home technology support needs, including getting customers connected, troubleshooting, answering technical queries, assisting with router configuration, provisioning of services and diagnosing Wi-Fi issues, product information and making sure our customers have a hassle-free broadband connection in their homes.

You gain satisfaction and growth by using your problem solving and investigative nature to logically solve customers’ issues and queries, ultimately delivering the customer experience that the Now customers have come to know and love.
You’re not someone who waits to be asked, you think about what’s right for the customer and proactively make it happen – then share your wins with a team who all grow off your experience.
Experience in customer service is a must (particularly a call centre) along with a background in technology, to help you hit the ground running and delivering your own unique style to our award-winning team.
