About the Role:
As a Support Technician, you will be a key player in their support team, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch assistance. Reporting to the Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Support Inquiries: Responding to support inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional manner.
Ticket Management: Updating and managing your ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Equipment Configuration: Configuring digital signage equipment as required to meet client needs.
Troubleshooting Assistance: Assisting onsite technicians with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Occasional Visits: Performing occasional onsite visits as needed to address client concerns.
This role emphasizes learning and skill development, and you'll receive training and support from our experienced team. We offer a competitive salary package based on your skills and experience.
