Overview:

The role provides comprehensive technical support for company personnel using computer hardware, mobile devices, software applications, and telecommunications systems. This is a fully onsite position focused on provisioning, deploying, and supporting mobile technology solutions—primarily iPhones, mobile printers, and credit card processing hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead provisioning, kitting, inventory management, and distribution of mobile devices and peripherals.

Provide end-user support for desktop computers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), tablets, laptops, printers, and software applications.

Ensure functionality and resolve issues with device setup, app compatibility, and system performance.

Maintain detailed asset inventory and coordinate logistics of equipment across various sites.

Support enterprise systems including Active Directory, remote access tools, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

Deliver onsite support at various facilities, including Midtown Manhattan, Jamaica (Queens), and other NYC Metro locations.

Physically lift/move hardware as required during equipment deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in desktop and mobile hardware/software support.

Proven troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, iOS, Android, and common enterprise applications (MS Office, internet tech, VPNs).

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and basic MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, AirWatch).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to travel locally and lift/move hardware equipment.

Preferred:

Familiarity with wireless/mobile network technologies and mobile payment systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
