Role: Non developmental - Technical Support
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Application Support with either of the below combination of Technical skills- (PL/SQL or Windows)
SQL & PL/SQL Proficiency:
• Strong command over SQL and PL/SQL concepts, including debugging, writing/reviewing packages, stored procedures and functions, triggers, views, exception handling (various types), constraints, indexes, partitions, cursors, and Oracle collections.
• Skilled in developing and analyzing SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL.
OR
Windows Server:
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10).
• Extensive knowledge of Internet Information Server (IIS) & Certificate installations
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows services.
