Urban Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Trainer with expertise in engineering, hospitality, customer experience, and a thorough understanding of Electrical, Plumbing and Carpenter.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are currently working as Assistant Manager - Engineering or Assistant Engineering Manager in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in training, a strong background in hospitality, creative research & analytical acumen and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. A mindset of Innovating in the field of Electrical, Plumbing and Carpenter would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing technical expertise and soft skills of partners in EPC (Electrical, Plumbing and Carpenter) Category of Urban Company.
• Provide insights and training on company's processes and operations to enhance service delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among our service professionals.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Create engaging content for training modules, manuals, and e-learning platforms.
• Establish and manage effective communication channels for training dissemination and feedback.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to build a strong service-oriented culture.
• Develop and mentor trainers to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for service providers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Be part of a fast-growing tech platform revolutionizing home services. Work with a team of talented and motivated professionals. Contribute to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
