Senior Technical Trainer (Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering)
Location - Pune (Pirangut)
CTC - Up to 7 LPA
Education - Diploma/ B. Tech /BE in Mechanical
Years of Experience - 5-8 Years
Language Proficiency - English, Marathi, Hindi
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Technical Trainer to lead our industrial
education initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-
quality technical content and delivering hands-on training across a broad spectrum of
manufacturing disciplines—ranging from foundational mechanical standards to
advanced CNC programming and specialized Cold Forming processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery (On-Site & Classroom)
Conduct on-site training sessions focused on Cold Forming and Tooling.
Deliver theoretical and practical instruction on the following core modules:
o Core Manufacturing: Manufacturing Methods, Assembly Technology,
and Heat Treatment.
o Systems & Components: Hydraulics & Pneumatics, and Mechanical
Standard Components.
o Advanced Machining: CNC Programming
(Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain) and Ultra Precision Machining.
o Foundational Engineering: Technical Drawing interpretation and
Material Technology.
Facilitate Technical English (Basic & Advanced) to help staff communicate
effectively in engineering environments.
2. Technical Consulting
Assess site-specific tooling requirements and provide expert guidance during
Cold Forming training.
Evaluate trainee progress through standardized testing and practical shop-
floor assessments.
3. Support Content Development & Writing
Draft comprehensive technical manuals and instructional content for CNC
Turning, Milling, and Cold Forming.
Develop curriculum for short-course modules and long-term industrial
fundamental programs.
Translate complex engineering concepts into easy-to-understand training
materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
